Felicitari Ministrului Turismului, dl. Mircea Titus Dobre!

„The next summer season Estonia’s national airline Nordica will launch flights to Romania, the city of Constanta, close to all Romanian Black Sea resorts stretching on a coastline of over 250 km.

Established approximately in 600, Constanta is one of the oldest cities in the country and currently Romania’s largest port. With its 280,000 inhabitants and rich history, Constanta is located on the Black Sea coast in a subtropical climate. The Romanian coastline has over 15 resort locations, with beautiful sand beaches and other attractions. While in the area, it is also a good opportunity to visit the picturesque Danube Delta, which is close by.

Estonians will have an opportunity to take a direct flight to this wonderful holiday destination from 16 June to 29 September. At first, flights will take place only on Saturdays. Starting from 27 June, flights will also be made on Wednesdays. The flight to the destination takes 2 hours and 30 minutes and ticket prices start from 89.90 euros. Constanta is located 65 km from the Bulgarian border and 150 km from the golden sand beaches of Varna. When choosing Nordica’s destination, Estonian passengers have an opportunity to enjoy both countries. The Romanian Black Sea resorts stretch from the Danube Delta in the north down to the Bulgarian Black Sea Coast in the south, along 275 kilometres of coastline.

“This direct flight to the Romanian seaside is a great news and I am happy that following such fruitful cooperation with our Estonian partners, the conjugated efforts of the Romanian Embassy in Tallinn and the Romanian Ministry of Tourism, we have succeeded in making this flight reality. This should be only the beginning of our enhanced touristic and economic cooperation’’, said the Ambassador of Romania to the Republic of Estonia, Mrs. Mihaela Cămărășan”
